CCS Awards Lunch '25

Awards Lunch '25 celebrates the work and people of CCS, and the community that makes it all happen. If you support our vision of "a community where everyone participates and belongs," then join us for this exciting and inspiring event.

CCS is honored that Danielle Green will present this year's Keynote address. A Resilience Speaker/Warrior, Danielle earned a Purple Heart in 2004 for injuries sustained while serving as a Military Police Officer with the U.S. Army in Iraq. She felt a call to serve after earning a degree from the University of Notre Dame, where she also starred as a Division 1 varsity basketball player.

In 2015, Danielle Green won the 2015 ESPY Pat Tillman Award for Service.

The event culminates with presentation of our agency's Community Impact Awards, each named for a trailblazer in CCS’ history:

• Joyce Lawrence Award for Belonging
• Pauline O’Brien Award for Essential Supports
• Theresa Villemaire Award for Participating

• Table of eight (8) - $300
• CCS consumers, families and staff - $20 suggested donation
